I had a severe phobia to dentists. I grew up with terrible experiences that made me never wanted to go unless I absolutely had to. I called this office and my first connection was with Amanda. She was awesome and put me at ease. I went in and saw Amy for my cleaning who was amazing! Next Dr. Vaughn came in and could sense my anxiety level. Through my own tears of nerves and anxiety, she put me at total ease. I scheduled my following appointments and each time I went back I was that little bit better. On each occasion, I had the same assistant, Laura, who held my hand through it all and kept telling me how great I was doing! Now that I'm so comfortable (a statement I thought I would never say!!), my family is now going to this office. I'm a believer that just one visit to this amazing office your fears will slowly trickle away. Love them!! There has been nothing but positivity from all the staff at this office.

When it comes to finding dental care that provides great patient care and experience 1st Choice Dental Care is the one! I recently needed dental care which I've been putting off due to fact I really haven't found a place that makes me feel comfortable but when I discovered 1st Choice I was more than pleased! The staff is wonderful from the front office ladies to the dental hygienist, assistant, to the checkout and especially the Doctor which at the Woodstock location is Dr. Vaughn. They all made me feel comfortable and eased my fear! When a Doctor actually calls to check up on you to see how you are doing and if there is anything needed to please call them back...means a lot! I plan to continue my care with them and if you are searching for a dental office 1st Choice Dental is the one to visit for all your dental needs! I have been a patient of 1st Choice Dental for 10 years and have always been extremely pleased by the professionalism and proficiency of this office. From the moment I walk in an check in with Amanda and Sydney at the front desk, I am treated like a "VIP" . My wonderful hygienist, Amy is a delight to work with and she helps me keep my teeth and gums in great condition. My dentist, Dr. Kelly Vaughn is absolutely SUPER. She is a wonderful dentist who does her procedures with very minimal discomfort as she always places her patient's comfort level at a high priority. The office manager, Holly, is very professional and friendly and is always available if I have any billing questions.. AND last but not least, I highly recommend 1st Choice Dental care because this Dental office is totally honest and they do not use high pressure "sales tactics" in suggesting dental procedures.

My experience here was nothing short of wonderful! Everyone that I interacted with at the office was professional, courteous, and clearly cared about my comfort and experience. I loved seeing Dr. Stephanie Fransoso and the dental hygienist, Liz. Both women took their time explaining everything in my appointment and answering any questions or concerns I had. I made sure to schedule my next appointment with both of them! Also, before anything they went through questions at the beginning of the appointment to understand you better as a client and how you prefer to receive treatment. The appointment is then extremely thorough, including an advanced technique for screening for oral cancer. Overall I was very happy with the level of service and care I received here! I will definitely be making this my regular dentist even though others are closer, it is well worth the drive.

She is the most sweetest and Gentlest Dentist ever! I was so nervous about getting my fillings done because I only had them done since I was a little girl. She made me feel at ease at my appt and she made sure I was comfortable before going on with any procedure. She answered all of my questions and made me feel confident in her work instead of just moving along to get to the next patient like other dentists do. You can really tell she loves her patients! I will never go to another dental office again! I will be referring all my friends and family!!!

I do not like going to the dentist and haven't gone to one in a long time so I was extremely nervous when I went to First Choice. The staff were very pleasant and they care about you. I did have a good experience with this place. The only thing that I wasn't happy about was that I scheduled for a Cleaning appointment and left without having my teeth being cleaned. They said that my teeth would need deep cleaning and I will need to have something inject into my gums for the numbing effect which could not be done during my appointment. I've never gone to the dentist for a cleaning appointment and leave with just an examination done. I expected that they would be ready for any type of cleaning since that was what I signed up for. Overall it was a very good and informative examination and they did not make me feel bad for not flossing. They sound genuinely concerned.

I love 1st Choice Dental. I normally hate going to the dentist and have ever since I was a kid but I never hate going to 1st Choice. Their name speaks for themselves. They really are my first choice and will be for years to come. Everyone is always so friendly and nice. They keep their whole building so clean. Even checking in and out is so fast and a breeze. Ashley always cleans my teeth and she is awesome! She answers all of my questions and does her best to make me feel as comfortable as possible. She is also fast and does a great job teaching me about my teeth. She is also great in remembering things I tell her even though I see her every 6 months. This really shows that she and the 1st Choice staff care about their patients. I am so glad that !st Choice changed my view on going to the dentist and has educated me so much on the importance of dental hygiene.
